No Returns. We are not responsible for the axolotl once it is out of our care. If the axolotl is DOA you must take a CLEAR picture or video of it in the ORIGINAL bag and send it to us within one hour of it being delivered for a refund or replacement, No exceptions. Tracking will be provided. During the warmer months all axolotl purchases will be marked "HOLD AT POST OFFICE FOR PICK UP". You will have 24 hours to pick up your axolotl from the time it arrives at your post office according to the tracking information that will be provided. If it is not picked up within that 24 hour period no refund or replacement will be given for DOA's. 

Extra's will be included with your order in case of DOAs (extras will not be replaced or refunded). If plants are DOA you must take a CLEAR picture or video of it in the original bag and send it to us within one hour of it being delivered for a refund or replacement, No exceptions. Tracking will be provided. 

All other items are returnable for a full refund if the item arrives damaged or defective. You must contact us within 24 hours of the item being delivered with the reason for the return. Tracking will be provided. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost.
